Janice Grady, Office Manager
Janice began her career in the home care industry in 1992 and specifically working with Lola Judy in 1999.  Her many duties in the office manager roll include billing, payroll, scheduling, client and employee customer service, and managing the day-to-day changes that occur in this busy industry.

Janice was born and raised in Rhode Island (you may detect the accent).  She moved to Arizona in 1983 with her two children.  She and her husband now enjoy their three beautiful grandchildren.

Mary Jo Cuttell, RN
Mary Jo Cuttell serves as an advocate in the health and safety of our clients and caregivers.  In her roll of RN, she assesses her clients and maintains supervision of both the client and the caregivers that serve the client.

Mary Jo was born, raised and educated in Iowa.  She graduated from St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing in Sioux City, Iowa.  She practiced as an RN in various positions in Iowa, relocating to Phoenix  in 1998.  In 2003, she accepted the position as RN/Wellness Director of assisted living at a retirement and assisted living community in Sun City, AZ.  Mary Jo came on board with Sun Cities CareGivers in February 2007.

Mary Jo and her husband reside in Glendale and have a daughter who lives in Flagstaff.

Mary Johnson, BS, RN
Mary Johnson was born and raised in Kansas. Mary attended Wesley Hospital and School of Nursing. She graduated as a diploma nurse and received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. Mary was head nurse in the emergency department at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs for 12 years before becoming a case manager, discharge planner. Mary joined Sun Cities CareGivers in 2003.

Mary lives with her husband in Surprise, Arizona during the cooler months and escapes to Colorado each summer for 3 or 4 months. Mary has 4 daughters.

Betty LardinoTracy Stanley, RN

Tracy Stanley was born in Kansas into an Air Force family. She was raised in Nebraska, California, and Colorado. Tracy received her nursing degree from Pikes Peak College in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1988. She moved to Phoenix in 1990.
Tracy’s nursing background includes working in hospitals, health care centers, home health care (Medicare) and adult day care. Tracy joined Sun Cities CareGivers in October of 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization. She will play a major role in doing client assessments and advocacy in the health and safety of our clients while she supervises the client’s caregivers.

Tracy resides in Peoria with her family and their mini zoo, including Kona, a Labrador Retriever, two guinea pigs, and a Chinchilla. She loves to travel and visit new sights.

Shelley Ouimette, Staffing Coordinator
Shelley Ouimette has over 25 years in the retirement/senior housing industry.  At age 21, Shelley began a long career in an independent retirement community as Director of Housekeeping and later becoming the Activity Coordinator.  In all she spent 17 years with the community before moving into the home care industry.

In 1996, Shelley entered home care as a caregiver.  She experienced first hand the needs of the clients we serve.  She became a state certified caregiver and took on the management of satellite support offices located in independent retirement buildings.  Today, Shelley has transitioned into the very critical role of staffing coordinator.  She interfaces with both clients and caregivers and makes the magic of staying at home safely, a reality.

Shelley was born in Decatur, IL but has lived all but two of her years in Arizona.  She is married and has two sons and a grandson.

Natalie Henrichsen, Sales & Marketing
Natalie Henrichsen was born in northern Kentucky and moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University.  She graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and communication and began her career in senior services as sales manager at The Springs of Scottsdale Retirement Community.  Natalie later spent 15 years as the Marketing Director of The Carillons Retirement Community in Sun City.  In 2000, Natalie acquired her Certified Assisted Living Manager’s License and spent some time managing communities before joining Sun Cities CareGivers in November 2006.

Natalie and her daughter live in Glendale with their three dogs, Chico, Latifah and Lady.

Sandra Cuthers, Client Scheduling
Sandra brings valuable experience and insight to her position at Sun Cities CareGivers. Her early training began in Virginia in the assisted living industry working in Adult Care Homes. She advanced her education in that industry to eventually own her own Care Home. Moving to Arizona, she immediately became State certified and worked in nursing facilities.

Looking for a change, Sandra joined Sun Cities CareGivers in 2002 as a caregiver working in our clients homes. When we opened satellite offices in Independent Retirement Communities, it was a natural for Sandra to transition into the management role for those offices. In 2008, an administrative staffing position became available in the office. She is now an important part of our scheduling process.

Sandra and her son live in Peoria. They share their home with two Labrador retrievers and two parakeets.
